Owner - Mandy Pavia

Originally from upstate New York. Mandy has been licensed cosmetologist for 17 years!  Graduating from Manhattan Hairstyling Academy in 2005. She started her career under the advanced education program at Toni & Guy International as a Color Specialist in 2006. She worked at top salon as colorist for many years before relocating in 2009 to Burbank, California. After several years working in salons in the Burbank area. She opened up Hair By Mandy in 2013.  Mandy is a Matrix Brand Ambassador, working exclusively with their new vivid line So Color Cult, Brazilian bond builder Brand Ambassador. She specializes in women's haircuts, color, highlights, vivid colors, balayage, highlights, Ombres and color corrections. When she isn't making the world colorful. She enjoys her little chihuahua Ziggy. hiking, camping, exploring LA, traveling, enjoying every second of life.
